Coat Drive

The Howard County PTA is holding a coat drive now through November 2.  Please place your new or gently used, clean coats that are ready to wear (no need for repair) in sizes pre-K through high school sizes, in the Coat Box located in the school’s front office.  Hats and gloves are also welcome.  Let’s show that generous Raider spirit to help those in need!

Food Bank in Need

The Atholton community is sponsoring a food drive for the Howard County Food Bank.  Their supply has been depleting and the demand for food is increasing in the county.  Therefore, AHS will be collecting non-perishable food items during Spirit Week (10/19-10/23).  Please send in food with your student.

In addition, we will “Stuff the Bus” on Homecoming Day.  Just look for the decorated school bus on Homecoming Day to drop off any items you’d like to contribute.

This is a very worthy cause which requires very little effort on our part.  So, help out our neighbors and send in your food items! Thanks for helping us make this a successful food drive for the food bank and AHS.
