2010 Mid Term Exam Schedule:

Tuesday, January 19, 2010: Full day –Period 4B Exam during the regular time period. No extra curricular activities including practices, rehearsals, events, etc.

Wednesday, January 20, 2010: Day 2 - Examinations – Periods 1 & 2. (See Schedule #1) Schools close 3 hours early.  No extra curricular activities except conditioning practices (1 1/2 hours) which may begin at 2:45 p.m.

Thursday, January 21, 2010: Day 3 - Examinations – Periods 3 & 4A. (See  Schedule #1.) Schools close 3 hours early.

No extra curricular activities except conditioning practices (1 1/2 hours) which may begin at 2:45 p.m.

Friday, January 22, 2010: Day 4 -  Examinations – Periods 5 & 6. (See Schedule #1.) Schools close 3 hours early. All extra curricular activities resume at 2:45pm.

Monday, January 25, 2010: No School for Students.

Inclement weather:

1. If there is a delayed opening on Tuesday, January 19, Schedule #2 would be used.

2.  If schools are CLOSED on Tuesday, January 19, period 1 & 2 exams will be given on Wednesday, January 20, period 3 & 4A exams on Thursday, January 21, period 4B & 5 exams on Friday January 22 (see Schedule #3).  Period 6 exam on Tuesday, January 26 will be given in the period 5 & 6 time slots on the normal time schedule.

3.  If there is a 2 hour delayed opening on any examination day, High Schools will open at 9:25 a.m. and close at 2:10 p.m.  The appropriate exams will be given using Schedule #3.  (The period 6 exam will be given on the next regular school day in the regular period 5 & 6 time slots.)

4.  If there is a snow day on any examination day, the exams scheduled for that day will be given on the next school day.

5. All extra curricular activities will resume on Friday, January 22, regardless of late opening or snow days.

6. Any scenarios not covered herein will be addressed via phone tree as needed.
